This quote just reminded me that there’s no one else like me and I’m perfect as I am right here, right now.

2015 had come and gone and my big takeaway from this past year is to grow. Grow to keep learning, exploring, and to keep a plan to commit to for whatever my heart desires. I realized my relationship with myself had been put aside after we as a family welcomed our second child, a baby girl, in April. Raising two young children (one 3 year old and one 9 months) is no easy task as mothers out there can relate. Now that she’s older and we’ve got somewhat of a routine in place, I can focus on my passion and my creative talents. I want to be my best self for them and one of things my best self requires is time to create.

I think it’s important for one to make the effort to live a full and passionate life regardless of where he/she thinks he/she is at in life. Anytime is the perfect time to begin anew in my opinion. It’s more fun and there’s more motivation in the beginning of the new year, don’t you think?

So now I’m taking on a new adventure in my effort to grow into expressing myself more this year. come join me in creating an amazing 2016!
